三、公司报刊邮件函电收发制度

第一条

全公司公私报刊、外来邮件、外发公启、函电等由公司收发室负责收发。

第二条

外发函电要求。

1.各部门因公需外发函、电,经办人员应于每天下午**点以前将函件、电报底稿送到收发室,另填写挂号、平信、电报外发登记表。

2.每天下午**点以前,公司收发室应将当日外发函、电清点,累计送交邮局寄发。

外来邮件管理

1.外来邮件一律公司收发室签收分发。

2.凡挂号、纸包、包裹单、货运单等由收发室通知收件人到收发室当面签收。

3.一般公启函、电和公司内职工私人信件,由收发室开具清单分放到各单位信报箱内。

4.私人不明平信一律放到(信架)信袋内,由个人自取。

5.不论公私邮件,收发室应随到随清,及时分发,不得丢失损坏,搁置延误对;国外来函应检查封口、邮戳,如发现被拆封或邮票被撕应拒绝签收,并向邮局反映查明原由。

6.凡挂号信、汇款单、包裹单、货运单等的收件人,在收发室通知发出后,应随即到收发室领取邮单,并及时去邮局取款取件。超期罚款收发室概不负责。

第四条

报刊订购与收发

1.报刊订购

(1)订购时间:上半年;

下半年。

(2)订购手续:不论单位和个人,均需先到收发室查阅报刊目录,再将需要订购的报刊代号、名称、出版日期、单价、订购份数、期数填写清楚交收发员核对算价,确认无误后,当面缴款开票。公费订购报刊由收发员持订单到财务部门办理付款托收手续。归口管理报刊公费订购的单位除按上述要求填写预订单外,还须填写报刊分发清单,详细写明各种报刊分发到哪些单位或个人。

2.报刊收发

(1)收发员每天对邮局送来的报刊应对照邮局分送清单分类清点,发现有差错应及时登记并要求补缺退任。

(2)收发员收到邮局送来的报刊后应及时分发、不得耽搁延误。收发员清点分发报刊时间为**小时,任何人不得进入收发室。
