一、加强学习，促进专业化成长
教师要想给学生一滴水，自己就必须具备一桶水。但要想学生永远取之不尽，用之不尽，教师就得时时给予补足，使自己成为一条流向大海的小溪。专家的话就充分印证了这句话。他们用渊博的科学文化知识旁征博引给我们阐述深奥的理论知识，讲得通俗易懂，让我们深受启发。面对着一群群渴求知识的学生，使我深感到自己责任的重大以及教师职业的.神圣。让我对如何进行有效备课和上课指明了方向。特别是教师们对教学中的困惑和争论，更让我体会到了进行终身学习，促进教师专业化成长的必要性。冰冻三尺非一日之寒，我们教师只有不断地学习，不断地完善，不断地提升，才能满足社会的需求，才能适应世纪的挑战，才能胜任教师这一行业。
二、进一步认识《新课标》

在这几天的学习当中，金浪老师教我们如何解读文本。她结合课本生动的实例，让我们感悟到了规范课堂的重要性。对于文本解读的问题，她认为教师要摆脱任务重、时间紧、事务多等思想困扰，特别要戒掉一拿到英语文本材料就急忙上网或翻阅教参的条件反射行为。因为盲目的资源拓展和利用，往往会忽视教材自身资源的挖掘，出现本末倒置的现象。英语教师备课的首要任务是细心解读文本，在设定教学目标和进行初步设计之后，再结合学生的实际情况，对教参、网络资源加以挑选、修改、设计成适合学生实际的教案。

课堂教学的高效率，是每一个老师不断追求的目标，它是教学过程的化。自从我们实行课改以来，在高效课堂的实施上，我们遇到了很多问题。等专家来指导，各路神仙各有各的招儿。今天是这套，明天又是那一套。真正适合我们的是什么呢？这次钱丽丽老师的一番话，使我豁然开朗。因为他们也遇到过同样的问题。解决的办法就是：自己的问题还得自己解决。学生与学生不同。私立学校与公立学校有很多不同之处。比如：共同体好多学校是寄宿制学校，学生上晚自习，那么预习情况就好控制与掌握，而我们却不同，我们掌握不了他们在家的学习情况。有些学生根本就不预习，怎么办？
课堂是我们教学的主阵地，要切实的提高教育教学效率，课堂就是我们的主战场。所以，我们得把好多工作拿到课堂上来做。那么，就要求我们在设计导学案时，切合我们的实际情况。
一是教师能够依据课程标准的要求和学生的实际情况，科学合理地确定课堂的三维教学目标。因为教学目标的预设与课堂的实际情况不可能完全吻合，这就需要教师在教学的过程中对教学目标作出适时调整，限度地面向全体学生，使其更好地体现教学目标的适切性。
二是教学的过程必须是学生主动参与的过程。这种主动参与主要体现在教师能否采取灵活机动的教学策略调动学生学习的积极性，能否积极引导学生积极思维，能否给予学生更多的时间和机会进行必要的合作和展示，使全班学生分享彼此的学习成果。
三是教学中适时跟进、监测、反馈、解惑，以多种方式巩固学生的学习成果，使三维教学目标的达成度更高。
同时，经过这次培训，使我认识到：在课改的新形势下，把课堂还给学生，以学生为主体，并不代表老师不讲了，老师要有三讲：
1、老师要范读。没有教师的示范，学生的发音不会准确。老师还要领读，外语毕竟是外语，老师不领读，有的学生根本就不会读。在领读的基础上，可以再让学生读。
2、老师是课堂的组织者，要调动学生的积极性，使课堂更有效。
3、教师点拨要到位。对语法知识不是不讲，而是要优化语法。
总之，在课改的道路上，我们遇到的困难不少，碰到的问题也会很多，教师要把追求课堂教学艺术的完美与课堂教学的高效作为自己孜孜不倦的追求。只要我们面对问题和困难，冷静思考，勇于实践，善于总结，一定会不断提高课堂教学效率。效果的化，是师生完美配合的结晶。

6月5日，我有幸参加了由教育局组织实施的人教版新课标PEP小学英语教材培训，在短短一天的学习过程中，我切身体会到了前沿的教育教学信息。
几位老师的精彩讲座使我受益匪浅，让我对人教版小学英语新教材有了更深刻的了解，能够在教学过程中更合理、灵活地、有创造性使用教材，对教材的内容进行适当的`取舍，对教材建议的教学方法做适当的调整，更能够提高英语教学的效果。主讲的几位老师简明扼要的介绍了新旧课标的相同与区别，帮我们梳理了整个新课标的核心所在，更利于我们对新课标的学习。通过学习我认识到英语课程的学习在小学教育中具有重要的地位。英语课程的学习，既是学生通过英语学习和实践活动，逐步掌握英语知识和技能，提高语言实际运用能力的过程；又是他们磨砺意志、陶冶情操、拓展视野、丰富生活经历、开发思维能力、发展个性和提高人文素养的过程。而要做好小学英语教学工作就要了解新课程对小学英语的要求，以指导教学实践。
接着再由曹老师首先给我们介绍了人教版新课标PEP小学英语教材的结构。这套教材分为A、B、C两个部分。A部分内容包含：Let’s talk（句型）；Let’s play（活动操练）；Let’s learn（单词）；Let’s do（全部动作反应法 TPR活动）；Let’s make；Let’s sing 。B部分内容包含：Let’s check（单元检测）。三、四年级是小学生学习英语的基础阶段，五、六年级是学习的发展阶段。因此教师要掌握好各个阶段的教学目标，在巩固好学生基础的前提下求更好的发展，真正让学生学有所获！
在词汇教学方面，曹老师建议要音、形、义结合，同时总结了如下四种方法：1、结合字母的发音教，教会能力；2、融单词于语句中教，强调语意；3、在交际性游戏中教，促进记忆；在任务活动中教，重在运用。呈现单词环节，曹老师建议音、义领先，形在后，强调语素——字母（组合）的联系，培养拼读能力。操练环节，老师也介绍了如下几种方法：1、请学生把单词与图片（实物）匹配；2、请学生边说单词边指课本上的单词或句子；3、教师说单词，学生举出相应的单词卡片；4、教师说单词，学生举出相应的实物或图片；5、Let’s do听听做做；6、给单词编号，教师说，学生指。
在训练学生的认读能力时，老师谈到了以下几种常见的手段：1、请学生把单词与图片（实物）匹配；2、教师说单词，学生举出相应的单词卡片；3、听录音，手指单词跟读，眼到，手到，口到，心到；4、充分利用板书以及单词表的作用。
在上词汇课的时候，曹老师提醒老师们注意：a、分清单词的教学目标（认读？书写？），有针对性地处理；b、对单词进行精细加工，可分组或分层处理；可引入反义词、近义词、同类属词进行对比；可利用实物、图片、简笔画等加深印象；c、单词先分别操练，再综合在一起操练，利用短时记忆的关键复习点强化记忆单词；d、强化认读能力；e、操练量要大，学生参与面要宽，词句融合自然，活动形式要丰富有趣。
对话教学也是让老师感到头疼的问题，学生因素，教学条件因素，环境因素等，让这一教学成为了教学中的一大难题。针对对话教学，曹老师也给出了几点建议：a、利用图片、多媒体及肢体语言等多种形式呈现对话，在语境中整体感知并强化“注意”（noticing）目标语言结构；b、利用趣味活动强化认识并掌握语言结构；c、利用任务型活动，创设不同语境，进行有意义的对话活动。曹老师还提到，课堂活动设计应注意由紧到松，由控到放。
下午老师利用多媒体播放了两位著名英语教师的教学视频，让我们观看学习。我们看了两位著名英语教师的课很有挫败感，因为这两位老师上的课和自己上的相比，有很大的差距，我们得不断地努力学习，不断地提高自身知识水*，不断地优化课堂教学，才能拉近这个距离。这两位老师流畅自然的教学语言、极强的和学生互动的能力、新颖的教学环节设计、学生兴趣的激发和培养能力等等，都是我们应该学习借鉴的。
在英语课堂教学过程中，有时候我觉得自己已经很努力了，却发现很多时候自己在唱独角戏，有些学生缺乏学习兴趣，有些学生想把英语学好却又无从下手。经过这次培训学习，有了老师们的理论方法指导，对我今后的教学会起到推波助澜的作用。

我们于9月28日参加了由潍坊市教委组织的攀登英语阅读项目的培训会。在此次的培训中，北师大的张良博士和裴淼博士针对课题实施背景、思路及方法做了详细的介绍。
阅读，现在已经成为世界各国关注的一个重要问题，4月23日被定为世界图书与版权日，又称为“阅读日”。在美国发起了“No child leftbehind.”活动，保障每一个孩子的阅读时间;在中国为了倡导阅读，定于每年的4月2日为“中国儿童阅读日”。
在我国儿童中，汉语阅读在校时间内得到了基本保障，尤其是我市实施“大阅读”课题实验后，孩子们的阅读能力得到了很大的训练。而在英语教学中，却存在着不少问题。为了攻克这些难关，结合儿童的心理及生理特点开展的本次实验活动。
一、实验目标
1、培养学生的阅读兴趣和良好的阅读习惯;
2、提高理解能力、掌握有效的阅读策略;
3、促进听、说、写等语言技能的综合发展;
4、提高综合素质。
5、让教师爱上阅读，提升教师的英语阅读教学能力;
6、依托实验，促进教师教科研能力的提升;
7、营造学校阅读文化，构建书香校园。
其最终的目的是培养孩子们用英语的思维来学习英语的能力，并敢于张开嘴巴把英语学活。
二、实验思路
在实施过程中，为了让此项活动不成为学生与老师的额外负担，特把“课外阅读课内化”作为实验思路，即“40′常规英语教学”分为“30′优化常规教学”和“10′建构阅读模型”。
三、发展原则
1、把阅读变成奖励。
我最欣赏的一句话就是“孩子需要什么就表扬什么”。用他们最感
兴趣的奖励方式与内容来表彰。在我上课时，我除了用攀登学习记录卡进行表扬外，我还利用我校的星卡结合进行表彰，极大限度的调动了学生的学习兴趣。

每节课应该做些什么，在规定的范围内可以自由阅读。
3、不回避翻译和中文。
